These Terms of Service apply to all users of afarhub.com.
UnifiedCentury Limited possesses the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Material changes, such as the adjustment of policies and procedures, will be posted 30 days in advance of its effectiveness. We will attempt to notify users via a notice on our website and, where feasible, using the communication method(s) they have provided at least 14 days in advance of its effectiveness. Non-material changes, such as updating links, correcting typos or reformatting may be made at any time without notification. It is recommended that you regularly check these terms of service for any modifications, as sometimes filters, spam prevention, or other technological glitches may prevent you from receiving a notice.
References to delivery, refunds, or performance describe platform-facilitated processes and do not alter the allocation of legal responsibility between Merchants and consumers.

| Link | The connection between your Afar Profile and a Third-Party Service account. |
| Merchant | A user who is selling products on the Afar Platform. The Merchant is legally the seller of record. |
| Moderation Actions | A measure meant to protect something or someone or prevent fraud. |
| Product | An item being sold by a Merchant on the Afar Platform. |
| Third Party Services | The services including payment processors, the Discord Platform, the ROBLOX platform, etc. |

The Afar Platform is a service provided by, maintained, and wholly owned by UnifiedCentury Limited. UnifiedCentury Limited is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 14173670.

Unless otherwise prohibited by law, these terms of service are a legally binding contract between you, the user, and UnifiedCentury Limited. Failure to abide by these terms may lead to moderation actions or cancellation of this contract, with the possibility to prohibit you from using this service again in the future.
All users of the Afar Platform must be 13 years of age or older. Users under the age of 18 confirm that they have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the platform and to make purchases.
By using, linking and/or creating an account, or otherwise interacting with the Afar Platform, you agree to these terms of service and privacy policy.
When you link an account, create an account, or purchase a product, we will create the necessary records in our database to house that information. We require all information to be as follows:
We expect that you maintain the security of your account, and any accounts you have linked with our service. In the case of your account being compromised or unauthorized actions occurring, we may not always be able to reverse the actions taken, but we will try our best to reconcile or revert the actions after the fact.
Should any account be found not following these Terms of Service, acting fraudulently, or otherwise indecently or in bad faith, we retain the right to take moderation actions, or permanently suspend your account and your purchases indefinitely. You may raise a dispute for the moderation actions or suspension by emailing [email protected].
Accounts may also be terminated if they lie dormant for an extended duration of time. This is done in accordance with our privacy policy to ensure minimal data retention.
All products on the Afar Platform should be considered a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable license unless otherwise noted or prohibited by law. Refunds are subject to applicable law and the Merchant’s policies. Merchants may have their own terms which may provide further rights or abilities, created solely on their own determination.
Availability of products are based upon the Merchant’s decision. They may set stock limits or otherwise prohibit purchases of a product as they see fit. Merchants may revoke or suspend access to a license only in accordance with their stated terms and applicable law (for example, for material breach, fraud, or misuse). Any revocation that renders the product unusable or is otherwise unlawful entitles the consumer to statutory remedies against the Merchant. UnifiedCentury Limited does not assume the Merchant’s legal obligations by facilitating or executing a revocation. In the case of a dispute, please contact the Merchant first, then contact us if you believe the Merchant is not following their policies, violating our policies, or otherwise acting indecent, as we may be able to take Moderation Actions for their failure to abide.
All products on the Afar Platform should be considered digital goods, as the Afar Platform currently does not support a convenient way to sell physical goods at this time. The digital goods may include security, whitelisting, or obfuscation features to prevent the resale, redistribution, or otherwise limit access to the products. If any user attempts to resell, redistribute, leak, or otherwise share licenses with other users, it is a strict violation of these terms of service and may immediately lead to Moderation Actions or account suspension and/or a report to the relevant authorities.
Errors in descriptions and pricing may occur. In such cases, as a user, we suggest you resolve the dispute with the Merchant by contacting them first. For Merchants, if a user is able to purchase a product from you at the incorrect price, in many jurisdictions, you are legally held to validate that purchase.
A user under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to purchase a product. UnifiedCentury Limited may cancel purchases made without such permission.
Nothing in these terms of service limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
The prices of products may be set as a Merchant would like. All products sold in real-world currencies must be sold with a unit of the British Pound Sterling (GBP), the Euro (EUR), or the United States Dollar (USD).
VAT and other taxes will be applied as needed to the transaction, when purchased through the Afar Platform. We suggest that users do not purchase products outside of the Afar Platform with the expectation of receiving a license, as we cannot moderate actions and purchases taken off-platform.
Merchants may dictate which payment methods are accepted, including, but not limited to:
UnifiedCentury Limited tries their best to monitor fraudulent behaviour for purchases. If you believe there have been fraudulent purchases or transactions made, please contact our support team.
All Client orders made on the Afar Platform are a sale made between the Merchant and the Client. Neither the Afar Platform or UnifiedCentury Limited sell any products on the Afar Platform, and therefore, are not Merchants.
When purchasing Products using ROBUX on the ROBLOX platform, you must add products to a cart, then navigate to the cart, and check out. A prompt will appear, requesting payment, where you can then complete the transaction as ROBLOX requires.
Please note, ROBLOX does not provide a method for Merchants to refund a purchase, or for us to moderate those purchases. If you have a dispute with a purchase on the ROBLOX platform, please contact the Merchant first, and then ROBLOX for a remedy, as UnifiedCentury Limited is strictly unable to assist with transactional issues arising on the ROBLOX platform.
All purchases made with real-world currency must be done through our website, afarhub.com. **It is your responsibility to verify that you are on our platform and not a fraudulent copy or scam.** Products must be added to your cart, and then you may navigate to your cart to check out. You will then be prompted by a Third Party Service to follow directions to complete the payment.
You have the right, up until the moment of payment, to cancel, refuse, or otherwise void your order. Should there be a system error, UnifiedCentury Limited is responsible for handling it and correcting it, as the sole maintainers of the Afar Platform. If you see a price or total that does not reflect what was on the product listing, you understand that there was a technical malfunction, and you may be ineligible to receive the license at that price.
Products are delivered by the Merchant (using platform tools where used). Delivery times are estimates set by Merchants and may vary. UnifiedCentury Limited does not itself sell the Merchant’s products unless explicitly stated. The delivery may include a link that you must navigate to in order to retrieve a copy of the product, this is done in legal compliance, and so that should your license be revoked, transferred, or otherwise no longer tied to your account, we can prevent you from accessing the copy of the product.
You are responsible for downloading and using the product as intended. We do not cover any costs or damages caused by downloading the product or incorrectly using it.
We do our best to moderate products for malware. If you believe a product you have purchased is malicious, please let our support team know immediately. UnifiedCentury Limited does not warrant that content is malware-free. If we become aware of malicious content we will investigate and take reasonable remedial steps. Nothing in these terms of service excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or for other losses that cannot be excluded by law.
UNIFIEDCENTURY LIMITED IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY KNOWN OR SUPPOSED DAMAGES OR LOSSES DUE TO USING A MALICIOUS PRODUCT EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY LAW OR WHERE WE FAIL TO ACT AFTER BECOMING AWARE AND INVESTIGATING SUCH ISSUES.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXPECT ALL PRODUCTS TO BE SOLD “AS-IS” WITHOUT THE EXPECTATION OF FUTURE UPDATES OR MAINTENANCE.
Consumers purchasing goods from Merchants on the Afar Platform within the UK or EU benefit from all applicable statutory consumer rights under UK and EU law. These rights are exercised against the Merchant who is the seller of the goods. Any assistance provided by the Afar Platform is limited to facilitating communication or enforcing Afar Platform rules against Merchants and does not constitute acceptance of seller obligations.
Remedies such as repair, replacement, and refund are provided by the Merchant. In certain cases, the Afar Platform may, at its discretion, assist consumers in communicating with Merchants or resolving their issues, but we do not assume the responsibility or replace the obligation of the Merchant to follow the applicable law.
Nothing in these terms of service limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
If you live in the UK or EU, you may have the additional right of withdrawal granted to you by the Merchant. This right is exercised against the Merchant who is the seller of the goods.
Where a consumer purchases digital content and expressly consents to immediate delivery and acknowledges that their right of withdrawal will be lost once delivery begins, the right of withdrawal will not apply.
Clients who have not waived their right may exercise their right by contacting the Merchant, within 14 days of the purchase. The Merchant is responsible for issuing any refund via the appropriate method within the statutory time frame.
In certain circumstances, you may provide consent for loss of withdrawal rights. Even if done using the Afar Platform, the Merchant is the one who is obtaining the consent through the tools provided by the Afar Platform.
If a Merchant fails to comply with applicable withdrawal obligations, the Afar Platform may, at its own discretion, take Moderation Actions against the Merchant. This does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights against the Merchant.
Subject to applicable statutory consumer rights, Merchants may apply their own returns and refund policies. In cases where products are not as described, malicious, or the Merchant is failing to honour their policy, you may contact our support team in order to file a dispute within 60 days of the date purchase. This dispute window does not affect any statutory rights consumers may have against the Merchant, and it is instead a time frame where the Afar Platform may voluntarily assist Clients with problematic Merchants. Please note, although we will try our best to solve the issue, certain actions, such as paying with ROBUX on the ROBLOX platform are unable to be reversed by us.
All digital content that you purchase via the Afar Platform will be available for you to download for as long as the Afar Platform operates. Should you transfer your license, or the Merchant of a product licence you own cease operations, the Products may enter one of the following states:
In all cases but in an open license and an ended license, you will be able to download your product by using a previously delivered link, message, or retrieving the product using the Discord application in the server associated with the product.
SOME PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR USE CASE OR WITH FUTURE UPDATES TO THE THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS THAT YOU USE THE PRODUCT WITH.
You, the Client, understand that the product you purchase is the intellectual property of the Merchant. Failure to abide by their terms and policies as well as the terms set out in these terms of service may result in Moderation Actions or indefinite suspension.
When uploading content, you, the Merchant grants UnifiedCentury Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to host, display, distribute and deliver the content on the Afar Platform solely for the purpose of operating the marketplace and providing platform services. UnifiedCentury Limited may grant sublicenses only to service providers to the extent necessary to operate the platform. The Merchant represents and warrants that it owns or is authorised to use and grant this license and will indemnify UnifiedCentury Limited for third-party claims arising from its content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive and agree not to assert any moral rights, rights of attribution, or rights of integrity in connection with the content. This license survives termination of your account or removal of the content from the Platform for any reason.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that the exercise of the rights granted herein does not violate any third-party rights.
UnifiedCentury Limited is not responsible for the actions you take, in any way, on Third-Party Services or links you may access through the Afar Platform to those websites. Those services and websites are guarded by their own policies which you must follow and agree to.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNIFIEDCENTURY LIMITED IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES THAT MAY RESULT FROM THE USE OF THE AFAR PLATFORM AND THE PRODUCTS SOLD ON SUCH. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL PRODUCTS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED SOLD WITHOUT ADDITIONAL WARRANTY OR SUPPORT. UNIFIEDCENTURY LIMITED DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY WARRANTY OR SUPPORT FOR MERCHANT’S PRODUCTS.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, UnifiedCentury Limited is not liable for losses arising from products sold by Merchants, including defects, non-conformity, or failure to provide statutory remedies, which remain the responsibility of the Merchant.
Subject to the foregoing, UnifiedCentury Limited’s liability for direct and indirect losses arising from its breach of these Terms of Service is limited to the amount paid by the user to UnifiedCentury Limited in the 6 months preceding the claim. UnifiedCentury Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of data, except where required by law.
Merchants agree to indemnify and hold UnifiedCentury Limited harmless from claims arising out of their products, content, or breach of these terms of service.
UnifiedCentury Limited retains the right to terminate or otherwise suspend your account for any reason.
If you are terminated or suspended, you may dispute the decision by contacting [email protected].
In the case of termination or suspension, assume that all your licenses will become inoperable and may not be transferred to any other users, except where continued access is required under applicable law.
In the case of a legal dispute, the governing law and jurisdiction will be of England & Wales, within the United Kingdom. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of habitual residence where mandatory local law provides. The choice of England & Wales does not restrict mandatory consumer protection rights.

Consumers may also submit complaints to their local consumer protection authority.
We do not routinely use an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. However, in certain circumstances, we may agree to engage in ADR to resolve a dispute with a consumer.
We do not use the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform which closed July 20th, 2025.
