Migration with Afar
couldn't be easier.

Learn how to migrate as a client, or as a hub owner. Afar's migrations are self-guided, so you don't have to wait on us or your old service to be up and running.

Migrating as a Client

If you’ve been told by a hub to migrate, follow these simple instructions.

1. Run /migrate in the hub’s server

Please provide your ROBLOX username to the command, then join the game with the link provided.

2. Confirm the licenses to migrate

Please read through the prompts and ensure that the licenses that are being migrated are correct, as you cannot migrate again.

3. Use the new Afar files

You can run /retrieve to retrieve the file for a product you own. This new file will use Afar’s whitelist, instead of the old hub system’s.

Migrating as a hub owner

To migrate the data from a hub you already own from a previous provider to Afar, please follow our knowledgebase instructions.
